Horizon Hobby Credit Card with rewards:
Refunds to your Horizon Hobby Credit Card reflect in your overall credit balance.
A refund processed to a 0 balance shows as a positive amount until the funds are used.
Horizon Hobby Rewards Card:
Refunds are returned to your Cash Balance where they are available to fund purchases. Cash Balance may also be withdrawn back to your bank account.
To withdraw your cash balance please start on the Imprint app and tap the card logo:
1) Spending Power
2) Withdraw Cash Balance
3) Follow steps to withdraw funds
The Withdraw Cash Balance option will only appear if you have a positive balance and no transactions pending.
The transfer can take 3-4 business days to arrive in your linked bank account.
