To update your phone number or email address:
In the Imprint app or online:
- Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
- Navigate to "Personal info"
- Select the contact information you would like to update
- Enter the new contact and verify using the 6-digit code sent to the new contact
Important notes:
- When updating your email, you'll receive a verification code to confirm the new email address
- When updating your phone number, you'll receive a verification code via SMS to confirm the new number
- If you're having trouble updating your phone number, please contact Imprint Customer Support for assistance
